Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and maintenance experience considered.
• 5-10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with CMMS and SAP.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of reliability engineering and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team with direct supervision and technical direction.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Maximize uptime and asset reliability through effective maintenance planning.
• Coordinate facility and equipment needs with plant leadership and capital projects.
