Job summary

Graphic Packaging International is seeking a Maintenance Program Lead to develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans across our facilities. You will manage work orders, tracking systems, and survey programs while optimizing spare parts and budget performance.

The role requires a BA/equivalent with 3+ years of related experience or an MA with 1+ year. Collaboration with operations and procurement is essential, with a focus on cost-effective turnaround activities.

Qualifications

• BA or equivalent +3 years related experience, or MA +1 year related experience.
• Maintenance-focused candidates with knowledge of maintenance budgets and scheduling are preferred.
• Experience with work orders, parts management, and vendor coordination is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Manage work orders and maintenance tracking systems.
• Establish survey and inspection programs.
• Maximize maintenance resource utilization and spare parts strategy.
• Support budget preparation and cost monitoring for projects.
• Provide weekly/monthly reporting and coordinate with operations.
• Communicate with operations and procurement teams regularly.
