Job summary

Graphic Packaging International is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead and coordinate production teams on the plant floor. You will partner with plant management to align safety, quality, and productivity goals, while developing team members and ensuring SQF compliance.

You will oversee shift activities, coordinate scheduling and materials, and drive improvements in processes, with accountability for meeting budget and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills, good organization and the ability to motivate people to perform at high levels.
• Quality conscious and customer oriented.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Minimum of 3-5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing plant preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervises and facilitates the day-to-day shift activities of the production floor.
• Provides training to team members and ensures performance.
• Oversees scheduling, material handling, and maintenance, resolving production problems.
• Maintains safe work environment and drives safety improvements.
