Job summary

Graphic Packaging International seeks an experienced supervisor for our manufacturing operations. You will lead daily planning, monitor KPIs, and coordinate maintenance, safety and quality activities to keep lines running smoothly.

You will drive schedule adherence, implement lean improvements, and communicate with teams across shifts, ensuring efficient outage readiness and effective problem solving.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with leadership experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and team collaboration.
• Lean implementation knowledge and six sigma principles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily MOPS meeting and review KPI data to direct resources.
• Coordinate maintenance planning, scheduling, and LOTO activities.
• Ensure safety, quality, and plan adherence across shifts.
• Drive weekly communications and maintain outage readiness.
• Oversee break-in, planned work execution and PM routing.
