Job summary

Graphic Packaging International is seeking a skilled maintenance and facilities leader to manage repair and maintenance of manufacturing facilities and equipment. You will oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical and electronic equipment, and plan work orders to minimize downtime.

You will lead a team, supervise hourly staff, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency across the plant. A BA degree or related experience is required; strong leadership and problem-solving are

Responsibilities

• Directs operations of work units.
• Monitors daily operations of a unit or sub-unit.
• Coordinates resources and sets daily priorities for the team to ensure task completion and operational objectives are met.
• Supervises entry-level or semi-skilled hourly employees such as production, craft, and clerical workers.
• Planning and prioritizing work orders and scheduling overall repair and maintenance activities to minimize production downtime and disruptions.
• Installing, repairing, and maintaining mechanical and electronic equipment, tools, and instruments.
• Installing, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing facilities infrastructure.
