Qualifications

• BA or equivalent with 15+ years related experience, or MA with 13+ years related experience.
• Experience leading manufacturing facilities maintenance teams and projects.
• Familiarity with plant policies and SQF procedures.

Responsibilities

• Direct, leverage, and guide the work of others and mobilize resources.
• Manage two or more direct reports and oversee performance.
• Monitor and achieve operational and/or financial results for the area.
• Handle people management actions: hiring, terminating, rewarding, training, and developing employees.
• Set goals and objectives for team members to achieve department objectives.
• Coordinate with other areas to ensure alignment and policy compliance.
• Develop and administer schedules and performance requirements.
• Lead day-to-day activities and support the team to meet production targets.
• Interact with internal personnel and occasionally with external stakeholders.
