Job summary

Caliberr Staffing is seeking a Senior Facilities Maintenance Specialist to optimize equipment reliability in a demanding production environment. The role requires deep expertise in mechanical, electrical, fluid power, and automated control systems to minimize downtime and improve overall efficiency.

You will perform advanced diagnostics, analyze performance data, and lead preventive maintenance improvements while mentoring junior technicians and ensuring safety standards are followed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5–7 years in industrial maintenance or related field.
• Strong proficiency in electrical, mechanical, fluid power and automated control systems.
• Experience with diagnostic hand tools and precision alignment.
• Experience using CMMS for documentation and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on industrial machinery to maximize uptime.
• Analyze performance data and predictive maintenance metrics to anticipate failures.
• Collaborate with planning to improve preventative maintenance schedules.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean methods to cut costs.
• Troubleshoot complex control systems, including hardware and software.
• Fabricate and repair components with machining, welding and metalworking tools.
• Mentor junior technicians and support knowledge sharing and training.
• Uphold safety protocols and 5S standards in the workspace.
