Job summary

Arcan Capital is looking for a Lead Maintenance Technician to help keep our communities well-maintained and welcoming. You will handle a broad range of interior and exterior repairs, respond to resident requests, and work under the Maintenance Supervisor to uphold safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has hands-on skills across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems with 3+ years of experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares Market Ready apartments with painting, cleaning, and repairs.
• Perform routine interior and exterior community maintenance; may include painting, gutters, etc.
• Repair and maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and mechanical systems.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Report maintenance concerns and hazards to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Maintain resident privacy and safety when entering units.
• Deliver superior customer service and professional representation.
• Attend in-service trainings and work with vendors as needed.
• Follow OSHA safety requirements.
