Arcan Capital, LLC. is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to handle interior and exterior maintenance across apartment communities. You will respond to resident requests, perform repairs, and ensure safety standards while delivering superior service.

Formación

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• Strong customer service skills and excellent communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare Market Ready apartments with painting, cleaning and repair tasks.
• Perform routine interior and exterior community maintenance as scheduled.
• Repair and maintain community equipment including plumbing, electrical and HVAC components.
• Respond to resident requests promptly with a professional attitude.
• Report maintenance concerns on vacant units, common areas, or equipment malfunctions to supervisor.
