Job summary

Arcan Capital is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a broad range of maintenance and repair duties for our community. You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor, handling interior and exterior tasks, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and basic carpentry to keep resident spaces safe and well-maintained.

The role requires availability for day and evening shifts, weekdays and weekends, and a commitment to excellent customer service in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry and mechanical systems.
• Must be available for day and evening shifts, including weekends.
• Must demonstrate ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Must demonstrate ability to work well on a team and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance as scheduled or requested.
• Repair community equipment including plumbing, HVAC, electrical and carpentry tasks.
• Respond to resident and staff repair requests promptly and document actions taken.
• Report malfunctions and hazardous conditions to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Maintain safety and privacy when entering resident apartments.
