Job summary

Arcan Capital is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of maintenance, repair and ground keeping tasks for our community. You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor and provide safe, reliable service to residents and staff.

The role requires 1–3 years of maintenance experience, basic HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, and a commitment to customer service. This is a full-time position with weekday/weekend availability.

Qualifications

• HVAC, EPA and/or CPO certifications preferred.
• 1–3 years previous maintenance experience desired, preferably in a similar facility.
• Excellent customer service is required.

Responsibilities

• Show respect for residents and staff, providing excellent service.
• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance as scheduled or on request.
• Repair and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical systems.
