Job summary

Arcan Capital is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to perform a broad range of interior and exterior maintenance across our apartment communities. You will respond to resident requests, troubleshoot issues, and uphold safety standards under the Maintenance Supervisor.

Must have advanced knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical systems with HVAC certification, and 3+ years in maintenance.

Qualifications

• HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications are preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of prior maintenance experience is common for this role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Market Ready apartments and perform routine interior/exterior maintenance as scheduled.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC as needed.
• Maintain safety standards and report hazards to supervisor.
• Coordinate work with vendors for landscaping and other tasks.
• Uphold resident privacy and protect property during entry.
