Wallick Communities in Toledo, OH is seeking a Maintenance Director (Lead) to manage day-to-day maintenance and the community's physical environment at Oakleaf Village Toledo. This full-time role pays starting at $26 per hour.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, grounds upkeep, reporting issues, and maintaining equipment. Requirements include 1+ year supervisory experience and 2+ years in maintenance, plus strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a supervisory role.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience, ideally in a Senior Living setting.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge and experience with power tools.
• Ability to communicate with residents, family members and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Complete building work orders and service requests as assigned.
• Paint and assist with upkeep of grounds including landscaping.
• Report mechanical failures or issues to Maintenance Director.
• Fix fixtures, heating/cooling units, etc.
• Maintain maintenance equipment.
• Perform day-to-day maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC.
