Job summary

Wallick Senior Living is seeking an Assistant Executive Director in Toledo, OH, to lead daily operations at The Crescent at Oakleaf Village. The role focuses on hospitality, resident engagement, and regulatory compliance to deliver exceptional care and financial performance.

You'll oversee staffing, budgeting, and cross-department collaboration, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for residents and families while pursuing strategic growth and outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of experience in managing Assisted Living and Memory Care communities.
• Strong written and verbal communication with residents, families and partners.
• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Champion gracious hospitality and a home-like environment for residents and families.
• Achieve NOI and occupancy targets for the community.
• Oversee resident experience with hospitality, culinary, and engagement.
• Ensure regulatory readiness and accurate EHR documentation.
