Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America in Nevada is seeking a Maintenance Lead to ensure timely repair and preventive maintenance across the facility. The role requires strong troubleshooting, team leadership, and hands-on optimization of equipment availability and yield.

You will lead maintenance on-shift, coordinate with planners and production, and drive continuous improvement through RCA and IL6S practices while managing budgets and PM development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience performing preventative maintenance.
• Experience reading blueprints.
• Ability to communicate professionally at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, direct, and hold accountable maintenance teams on shift.
• Evaluate hourly personnel and develop training to improve maintenance skills.
• Assess maintenance impact on uptime, throughput, and product quality.
• Update maintenance system daily for the responsible shift.
• Maintain labor tracking in Workday daily for the shift.
• Communicate daily activity of work orders with Planners and Supervisors.
• Lead troubleshooting activities and resolve issues expediently.
• Execute shift plan for planned work orders, PM, training and capital projects.
• Participate in PM development and maintenance budget management.
• Lead RCA applications to resolve technical problems in packing, process, and utilities.
• Identify continuous improvement and cost savings opportunities.
