Andersen Corporation is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to lead maintenance activities at the Bayport, MN facility. You will direct maintenance staff, manage PMs, PdM tasks, RCCAs and autonomous maintenance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.

You will troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, read prints, and maintain safety practices across 3 shifts.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent in electrical/mechanical tech field.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and process adherence.
• Five years of maintenance-related experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide work direction to maintenance technicians and attend Tier meetings as single point of contact for the value stream.
• Lead PMs, PdM, RCCAs and autonomous maintenance activities; coordinate maintenance across shifts.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing and Electrical Engineering to improve equipment reliability.
• Utilize EAM for work orders, parts investigations and downtime reporting.
• Coordinate with planners/buyers and manage critical spare parts inventory.
• Support machine installation, fixturing, guarding and testing for production readiness.
• Coach and mentor technicians and maintain strong safety leadership.
