Andersen Corporation is hiring a maintenance technician to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems at our Des Moines facility. You will read schematics, perform preventive maintenance, and support TPM initiatives to keep production lines running smoothly.

The role requires a 2-year degree or equivalent with PLC troubleshooting experience and the ability to work safely, including lockout/tagout procedures.

Formación

• 2-year degree or equivalent; 5 years of related field experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting of PLCs, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and prints.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical functions, drives, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Replace components, calibrate machinery, and restore to operating condition quickly.
• Participate in TPM initiatives and preventive maintenance.
