Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking an Electro/Mechanical Technician II to troubleshoot and repair production equipment. You will apply advanced skills in PLCs, drives, servo, HMI, CNC, and MES integration while promoting electrical safety and mentoring others.

The role requires a 2-year degree or equivalent and 5 years of related experience. Expect on-site work in Minnesota with strong teamwork and opportunities for growth within maintenance leadership.

Qualifications

• 2 Year degree or equivalent in a related field or equivalent maintenance experience.
• 5 years experience in related manufacturing maintenance or electromechanical roles.
• Ability to read mechanical, electrical, and fluid power prints.
• Knowledge of lockout/tagout and PPE safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical functions, drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs and sensors.
• Repair electrical circuits, motors, servo systems, and safety circuits on production lines.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks and document results.
• Coordinate with vendors for parts and maintain inventory.
• Fabricate fixtures, guarding, and machine components as needed.
• Support TPM objectives and continuous improvement efforts.
