Thrive Community Management is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to lead daily maintenance tasks and support the Maintenance Manager. You will oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs, coordinate make-ready work, and ensure safety and resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in multifamily maintenance, strong troubleshooting, and a commitment to service excellence. Local on-site role with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance skills across multiple trades including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage maintenance requests and support preventative programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with make-ready processes and unit turns for move-ins.
• Perform routine inspections and coordinate vendor work.
• Support training and development of maintenance staff.
• Provide exceptional resident service and timely response to requests.
• Maintain records of work orders, inspections, and compliance.
