Gables Residential is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to maintain our communities and ensure a high standard of living for residents. You will address HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair tasks with a service-first mindset.

Role requires on-call availability in a rotating schedule throughout the year, strong problem-solving, and a commitment to our signature service. Competitive hourly compensation and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance, unit inspections, and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Flexible to serve on-call on a rotational basis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the community and deliver a positive living experience for residents.
• Lead HVAC repairs, plumbing and electrical installations, and general repairs.
• On-call rotation across all days of the week, year-round.
