Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across our multifamily communities. You will supervise maintenance staff, ensure property grounds and interiors are well-kept, and coordinate with vendors to maintain safety and comfort for residents.

The role requires hands-on expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, plus EPA 608 Type I/II and CPO certifications. Strong communication and team leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years maintenance experience in multi‑family housing preferred.
• EPA 608 Type I and Type II certifications required, plus Certified Pool Operator (CPO).
• Strong supervision and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and supervise maintenance staff and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Keep community and grounds in good repair, ensuring safety and attractiveness for residents.
• Inspect and identify repair needs across the community and grounds.
• Coordinate lawn and outdoor services with approved vendors.
• Maintain the Community Compliance Manual and respond to repair requests from residents and staff.
• Prepare apartments for new residents and ensure proper trash removal.
