Job summary

International Motors USA is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to support production and logistics operations. You will troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical systems, robots, and automated equipment while maintaining a strong safety culture.

You will read schematics, follow standard work, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to prevent issues and improve equipment reliability. This role requires performance coaching and on-call availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• Willing to meet and maintain required certifications (Electrical Journeyman license preferred).
• 3+ years troubleshooting, installing, and repairing production equipment.
• Experience with CMMS, PLCs, robotics and industrial automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work within the Production & Logistics (P&L) Way and follow SWI, standards and procedures.
• Coach and develop the maintenance team with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and repair motor control, drive systems, robotics, machine networks, and automation.
• Perform routine inspections and manage time-sensitive work orders, including emergency repairs.
• Maintain electro-mechanical production equipment and support systems, including hydraulic/pneumatic and welding processes.
• Interpret blueprints/schematics and coordinate corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
