Job summary

Magna Mechatronics, Mirrors & Lighting seeks a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Apprenticeship in Millwright or Electro-Mechanical Technology strongly preferred.
• Certificate/associate degree in a relevant trade is an asset.
• Journeyman Millwright/Industrial Mechanic certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on production equipment to minimize downtime and maximize reliability.
• Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance per PM schedules and OEM specs.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures.
• Read electrical schematics and install/commission motors, drives, and control panels.
• Maintain facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, and building infrastructure.
• Adhere to LOTO procedures and safety policies; participate in RCA and safety training.
• Document maintenance work in CMMS and support continuous improvement initiatives.
