Job summary

Modula Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing machinery in a fast-paced plant environment. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated systems and robotic cells, ensuring minimal downtime and adherence to safety standards.

The role requires at least two years of manufacturing maintenance experience, with knowledge of robotics, laser systems, and press brakes highly valued. On-site work with potential on-call shifts and overtime applies.

Qualifications

Minimum education of a high school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification preferred.
At least 2 years of manufacturing maintenance experience; robotics, press brake, or laser systems preferred.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or other problems using schematics and manuals.
Operate forklifts and access equipment safely; training provided.
On-call availability for off-shift maintenance; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment including punching machines, panel benders, robotic cells, lasers, welding cells, and powder coating systems.
Diagnose machine issues and consult documentation; implement corrective actions.
Communicate production-impacting problems and estimated repair times to the team.
Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards after repairs and inspections.
Document all actions and parts used during maintenance.
