Job summary

Gotion Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, automated systems, robotic cells, forklifts, and facility systems in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role emphasizes preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to ensure safe and reliable plant operations. The ideal candidate should have strong mechanical aptitude, industrial electrical troubleshooting skills, and experience with automated manufacturing equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.
• Experience using diagnostic equipment including multimeters, clamp meters, and test instruments.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on production equipment and facility assets.
• Diagnose and repair industrial electrical systems, including motors, controls, sensors, VFDs, and 480V three-phase equipment.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Maintain and support robotic cells, automated machinery, conveyors, forklifts, and material handling equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and pneumatic/hydraulic diagrams to identify and resolve equipment issues.
• Handling and dismantling battery packs and modules
• Install, modify, and upgrade machinery, equipment, and plant systems as required to support operational goals.
• Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), machine guarding, and electrical safety standards while maintaining accurate maintenance records.
