Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Maintenance Lead to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical production equipment while leading the maintenance team. This role may supervise during the Maintenance Supervisor's absence and off‑shift operations.

The right candidate will coordinate maintenance activities, prioritize repairs, and liaise with Production, Shipping, and other departments to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• EM2 level leadership experience, EM3 preferred.
• 3–5 years maintenance experience with at least one year in a leadership role.
• Strong electrical knowledge with 110/240/480V systems.
• Proven mechanical troubleshooting on industrial machinery.
• Experience in industrial plant environments and safety-oriented work.

Responsibilities

• Guide maintenance team daily to ensure safe, efficient work.
• Prioritize repair requests based on production needs and equipment criticality.
• Serve as primary contact for maintenance issues during shifts.
• Communicate status updates to management and staff.
• Lead cross‑department coordination for smooth operations.
• Supervise during absence of Maintenance Supervisor or off-shift.
