Qualifications

• Educational requirement: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Trades background or technical degree desired (mechanical/electrical/electronic).
• 5+ years in manufacturing or distribution with maintenance experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work overtime as needed.
• Familiarity with CMMS, exporting data, and basic analytics for asset problems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve safety issues.
• Maintain machinery and equipment per safety/environmental regs.
• Lead RCA teams in problem-solving projects.
• Record maintenance issues in the maintenance log.
• Provide project management for system planners or contractors.
• Train and lead Maintenance Technicians and junior staff.
• Partner with management to ensure a consistent maintenance program.
• Perform technical maintenance jobs as required.
