Job summary

Mark Anthony Group is seeking a Maintenance Lead-Mechanical to guide a shift of maintenance technicians in a high-speed production environment. The role focuses on technical troubleshooting, hands-on repairs, and efficient team leadership to keep equipment and processes running smoothly.

Responsibilities include documentation, work orders, SOP updates, and cross-department collaboration to optimize maintenance activities and safety.

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years old.
2-year technical degree strongly preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.
3+ years of proven industrial mechanical leadership experience.
Experience troubleshooting high-speed computer-controlled production machinery.
Knowledge of servo systems, hydraulic/pneumatic controls, and temperature controls.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CMMS.
Precision machining and sanitary welding skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance technicians on the assigned shift and guide daily tasks.
Delegate work orders, set priorities, and ensure efficient operation of the team.
Troubleshoot and diagnose complex production machinery issues; perform hands-on repairs.
Ensure daily Work Summary Reports and PM/work order documentation are completed.
Develop or update SOPs in collaboration with the supervisor.
Maintain clear shift communication and handover with subsequent shifts.
