Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; journeyman or technical degree preferred.
• 5+ years in manufacturing or distribution maintenance including electrical/mechanical repair.
• Ability to lead RCA teams and train technicians; CMMS experience required.
• Willingness to work overtime and lift up to 50 pounds; basic computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of plant assets, power equipment, and vehicles.
• Lead RCA teams, troubleshoot issues, and drive improvements to reduce scrap and waste.
• Record maintenance issues and manage projects with contractors or system planners.
• Train and mentor maintenance technicians; collaborate with management on programs.
• Ensure safety, environmental compliance, and adherence to maintenance systems.
