Job summary

Medline Industries, LP seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician to oversee and perform preventive maintenance while ensuring safety and production quality. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain power equipment and vehicles as part of daily operations.

Responsibilities include leading RCA teams, training technicians, and coordinating with management to sustain a robust maintenance program. Strong mechanical, electrical, and control system skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or distribution with maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment.
• Must furnish own hand tools; willing to lift up to 50 pounds and work overtime.
• CMMS knowledge and ability to export data and analyze for problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve safety issues.
• Maintain machinery and equipment under supervision of Maintenance Manager.
• Lead RCA teams in problem-solving projects.
• Provide project management for systems planners or contractors.
• Train and mentor Maintenance Technicians and junior staff.
