Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to oversee day-to-day maintenance of production assets. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, repair, and improve machinery, with a focus on safety and reliability.

Responsibilities include leading RCA efforts, coaching technicians, and coordinating with the Maintenance Manager to ensure consistent programs. Applicants should have strong mechanical/electrical expertise and be able to lift 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution with maintenance of mechanical/electrical equipment.
• Must furnish own hand tools and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve safety issues per industrial regulations.
• Maintain machinery and equipment under supervision of Maintenance Manager.
• Lead RCA teams and drive continuous improvement to improve OEE.
• Record maintenance issues and provide project management for contractors.
• Train and lead maintenance technicians and junior staff.
