Medline Industries, LP seeks an experienced Maintenance professional to oversee and perform maintenance supporting day-to-day operations and protect physical assets. Responsibilities include equipment care, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring production quality.

You will lead RCA initiatives, train technicians, and coordinate with management on a consistent maintenance program. The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing or distribution, strong electrical/mechanical

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 5+ years in manufacturing or distribution; maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment.
• Tools: furnish own hand tools; able to lift up to 50 pounds; willingness to work overtime and flexible schedule.
• Computer skills: basic CMMS proficiency, export data to a database, analyze and create graphics to solve asset issues.

Responsabilités

• Identify and resolve safety issues in accordance with industrial safety practices.
• Maintain machinery and equipment under supervision, following safety and environmental regulations.
• Support maintenance programs and coach other technicians.
• Lead RCA teams in problem-solving projects.
• Maintain, repair, and test equipment to verify operation and production.
• Troubleshoot equipment, reduce scrap and waste.
• Record maintenance issues in the maintenance log.
• Provide project management for system planners or contractors.
• Train and lead Maintenance Technicians and junior staff.
• Partner with management to ensure a consistent maintenance program.
