Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Maintenance Lead for our Richmond Hill, GA site. You will oversee preventive maintenance, troubleshoot power equipment, and guide technicians to ensure reliable production operations.

Strong knowledge of electrical, PLCs, and mechanical systems is essential, along with experience leading RCA teams and working with CMMS. This on-site role requires a flexible schedule and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or distribution with maintenance responsibility.
• Proficient in mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment maintenance.
• Ability to lead RCA projects and train technicians.
• Must supply own basic hand tools and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve safety issues and maintain machinery and equipment.
• Lead RCA teams and manage maintenance programs for assets.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and test equipment to ensure production readiness.
• Record issues in CMMS and coordinate with contractors and planners.
• Train and mentor maintenance technicians and junior staff.
