Job summary

GoldOller Real Estate Investments is seeking a Service Manager to lead maintenance at a large multifamily community. You will manage daily operations, safety, and a service team, while coordinating unit turns, curb appeal, and inspections.

The role combines budgeting, vendor coordination, and data-driven reporting. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in multifamily maintenance with supervisory experience, EPA certification, and knowledge of RealPage systems.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• Supervisory: At least 1 year of multifamily supervisory experience preferred.
• EPA Certification required.
• CPO and/or CAMT certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Formal training in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, refurbishing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and safety; lead service team.
• Manage unit turns, curb appeal, and inspections.
• Budget and expense monitoring; inventory control.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors; ensure quality.
• Maintain reports, safety programs, and OSHA compliance.
