Job summary

GoldOller Real Estate Investments seeks a Maintenance Supervisor in Columbus, OH to lead maintenance operations for a multifamily community. You will supervise the service team, manage daily tasks, budget adherence, and safety compliance while driving high resident satisfaction.

Required: 3+ years in multifamily maintenance, supervisory experience preferred, EPA certification, and willingness to work weekends. RealPage knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3+ years multifamily maintenance experience required.
• 1+ year supervisory experience preferred.
• EPA Certification required.
• Knowledge of RealPage systems (OneSite, Ops Technology) preferred.
• Willingness to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily maintenance operations and safety in the community.
• Oversee unit turns, inspections, and work orders with timely updates.
• Coach and develop the service team; report to Community Manager.
• Monitor budgets, payroll, and vendor compliance.
• Ensure curb appeal and resident satisfaction through quality work.
