Job summary

ITAC Solutions, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Specialist for our automotive manufacturing client in the United States. You will keep critical production equipment running, guide a skilled crew, and implement permanent improvements that cut downtime.

The role requires strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, experience leading teams through lockout/tagout, and willingness to work weekend and shutdown maintenance. Degree or equivalent hands-on experience preferred.

Qualifications

Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills on production equipment.
Experience leading others through lockout/tagout procedures.
Availability for weekend and shutdown maintenance.
Ability to guide technicians and contractors on maintenance work.
Capable of driving continual improvements in equipment reliability.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical breakdowns and build permanent countermeasures.
Direct technicians and outside contractors on maintenance and equipment work.
Track downtime, MTBF, and MTTR, and drive improvement.
Keep preventive maintenance on schedule, including weekend and shutdown work.
Partner with vendors on equipment installs, upgrades, and capital projects.
