Job summary

ITAC Solutions, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Specialist for our automotive manufacturing client in the United States. You will keep critical production equipment running, guide a skilled crew, and implement permanent improvements that cut downtime.

The role requires strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, experience leading teams through lockout/tagout, and willingness to work weekend and shutdown maintenance. Degree or equivalent hands-on experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills on production equipment.
• Experience leading others through lockout/tagout procedures.
• Availability for weekend and shutdown maintenance.
• Ability to guide technicians and contractors on maintenance work.
• Capable of driving continual improvements in equipment reliability.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical breakdowns and build permanent countermeasures.
• Direct technicians and outside contractors on maintenance and equipment work.
• Track downtime, MTBF, and MTTR, and drive improvement.
• Keep preventive maintenance on schedule, including weekend and shutdown work.
• Partner with vendors on equipment installs, upgrades, and capital projects.
