Qualifications

• At least 3 years of industrial automation experience with project management.

• Excellent organization, written, and oral communication skills.
• Experience leading maintenance teams in a union environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance and repair activities for automotive testing equipment and facilities.
• Oversee a small maintenance crew to complete tasks safely and timely.
• Develop maintenance strategies and improve policies.
• Troubleshoot automated testing systems and implement corrective actions.
• Manage environmental health and safety conformance for skilled trades.
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs for equipment and facilities.
• Maintain inventory, procure parts, and track maintenance metrics.
