Job summary

Pratt & Whitney's Columbus Forge facility is seeking a Maintenance Working Leader to ensure reliability and efficiency by maintaining and repairing complex machinery and equipment on site. You will troubleshoot, perform planned maintenance and support production processes.

This 3rd shift role (Sunday–Thursday, 11:30 pm–7:00 am) requires guiding a maintenance team, coordinating contractors, calibrating systems, and documenting repairs, with a strong emphasis on EH&S policies and continuous

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
6+ years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or technical environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee onsite contractors.
Perform daily/monthly planned maintenance on machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Conduct tests using instruments to identify faults and resolve issues.
Replace or adjust components such as amplifiers, logic cards, memory units, and PCBs.
Calibrate and service electronic/electrical systems and power distribution.
Maintain documentation of repairs and maintenance activities.
Collaborate with team on continuous improvement and EH&S adherence.
