Qualifications

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a leadership capacity.

3. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a knack for identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
4. Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to team members and other stakeholders.
6. A strong understanding of safety and regulatory standards in the maintenance field.
7. A flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and workloads.
8. A high school diploma or equivalent. A degree in a related field or relevant certifications would be an asset.

Salary: $33 - $36 per hour
