Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• Interpersonal and relationship-building skills with ability to collaborate with branch team members.
• Competent written and verbal communication skills.
• 2+ years in customer service and operations experience required.
• 2+ years in service and parts department preferred.
• Advanced computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch inventory productivity to support timely service and profitability.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels by ordering parts per sourcing procedures.
• Receive and store parts; ensure timely PartsNet updates and regular cycle counts.
• Manage battery and tire inventories to ensure accurate quantities.
• Coordinate warranty items shipments and returns with warranty department.
• Support repairs scheduling with customer service when parts are available.
• Ensure vendor accountability and timely payment processing.
• Perform process analyses on inventory, maintenance profitability, warranty campaigns, and cycle counts.
