Job summary

The Penske Maintenance Coordinator position in North Las Vegas focuses on managing inventory and administrative processes to support maintenance efficiency, customer satisfaction and profitability. The role offers a $22.00/hour pay and a 7:00AM - 3:30PM Monday - Friday schedule.

Responsibilities include inventory oversight, parts ordering, cycle counts, warranty coordination and collaboration with Customer Service to schedule repairs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• Interpersonal and relationship-building skills with ability to collaborate with branch team.
• Competent written and verbal communication skills.
• 2+ years in customer service and operations experience.
• 2+ years in service and parts department preferred.
• Agile and quick learner, enjoys collaborative projects and continuous education.
• Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch inventory productivity to support timely service and profitability.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels; order parts; ensure timely deliveries.
• Receive and store parts; update Systems; conduct frequent cycle counts.
• Manage new & used battery inventory and tire stock.
• Ensure warranty items are shipped on time and coordinate returns with warranty team.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Coordinator to schedule repairs as parts arrive.
• Vendor support and ensuring payments are processed correctly.
• Perform analyses on inventory, profitability, warranty campaigns, cycle counts, RO reviews, etc.
• Use ServiceNet or AS400 to analyze operational dynamics and drive improvements.
• Support the branch financial manager to contribute to performance and profitability.
• Handle projects assigned by Branch and District Financial Managers.
