Qualifications

• Competent written and verbal communication skills.
• 2+ years in customer service and operations experience.
• 2+ years in service and parts department preferred.
• Willingness to travel, work the schedule, and pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Inventory productivity: oversee branch inventory, avoid losses, and ensure timely service.
• Order parts with sourcing procedures; coordinate with Centralized Parts Ordering daily.
• Receive, store, and update PartsNet; conduct regular cycle counts and keep stock available.
• Manage new/used battery inventory and ensure tires on hand in correct quantities.
• Coordinate warranty items and returns with warranty department.
• Support repairs scheduling with Customer Service Coordinator; ensure payments processed.
• Analytics: analyze inventory, maintenance profitability, warranty campaigns and RO reviews.
