Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator in Albuquerque, NM to manage branch inventory and administrative processes, driving maintenance efficiency and profitability. The role includes overseeing parts, batteries, tires, warranty items, and coordination with service and warranty teams.

The position offers a $21.50/hour wage, standard Monday–Friday hours, and shift differential after 11am plus weekend work. Training and development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• Interpersonal and relationship building skills with an ability to collaborate with branch team members.
• Competent written and verbal communication skills.
• 2+ years experience in customer service and operations.
• 2+ years working in service and parts department preferred.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, and pass background checks are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory productivity at the branch(es) to support maintenance operations and profitability.
• Order parts and ensure timely delivery and accurate updates in PartsNet.
• Receive and store parts, perform cycle counts, and keep inventory organized.
• Manage new and used battery inventory and tire stock in correct quantities.
• Coordinate warranty items and returns with the warranty department.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Coordinator to schedule repairs as parts are available.
• Ensure vendor payments are processed accurately.
