Savage in Williston, ND is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. The role focuses on daily coordination, inventory accuracy, and supplier communications in a dynamic operations setting.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, parts ordering, 5S compliance, and upkeep of the Geotab KPI system, while collaborating with supervisors and shop leads to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; data handling and accuracy are essential.
• Experience entering, interpreting, and using data for parts and inventory.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and various software programs.
• Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Attention to detail, motivation, and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Willingness to perform other office duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Engage with team members to align on daily objectives and clear communication.
• Perform cycle counts and update inventory records.
• Order, receive, and organize parts; issue purchase orders and verify pricing.
• Maintain 5S standards across parts rooms, connex, and fuel island.
• Manage fuel supply by assessing needs and placing orders.
• Monitor equipment meters and input performance measures.
• Update Geotab system and KPI boards; manage uniforms and safety gear.
• Handle hazardous alerts and other critical postings; communicate updates.
• Maintain vendor relationships and Tire counts; fulfill additional duties as assigned.
