Red’s All Natural, LLC is seeking an experienced MRO Coordinator to support maintenance and plant operations at our South Dakota facility. You will manage purchasing of maintenance parts, create and track work orders, and assist mechanics with schedules.

The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, setting min/max limits, and coordinating with engineering, operations, and supply chain to keep production running smoothly. Ideal candidates have procurement experience and strong data skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Maintenance, Supply Chain or related field, or 5+ years in industry.
• Experience with data management and reporting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance supply orders and parts inventory.
• Work with Operations to review schedules and parts availability.
• Serve as NetSuite Power User for maintenance department.
• Maintain parts inventory accuracy and min/max levels.
• Schedule maintenance staff to optimize downtime.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth plant operations.
