Job summary

FlexSteel is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Williston, ND to manage inventory, assets, and equipment in a fast-paced field/warehouse setting. The role focuses on safety, accuracy, housekeeping, and timely reporting to support high-quality customer service.

Qualifications include a two-year degree or equivalent, 1 year of warehouse experience, forklift operation capability, and strong English communication. Proficiency with MS Office is expected; CDL-A is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Minimum 1 year warehouse/manufacturing/construction experience.
• Licensure and/or experience in forklift operation will be required.
• Commercial driver license class A is a plus.
• Fluent English written and spoken; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Uphold safety values and culture of FlexSteel and participate in safety meetings.
• Perform planned and unplanned repairs and maintenance to equipment on site and in the warehouse.
• Provide maintenance and housekeeping to ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support receipt and inspection of materials at site per plans and packing lists.
• Ensure assets, tools, and load outs are available to meet customer service expectations.
• Maintain full inventory with focus on fast-moving items and long lead items.
• Accurate end-of-year and end-of-month counts and inventory reconciliation.
