Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Greensboro is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to manage branch inventory and administrative processes that support maintenance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability. The role is based at 8429 Triad Dr, Greensboro, NC 27409.

You will work with ServiceNet/AS400 tools, coordinate parts orders, cycle counts, and warranty items, and collaborate with the Customer Service and Finance teams to drive branch performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service and operations experience.
• 2+ years in service and parts department preferred.
• Advanced computer skills with MS Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch inventory productivity and ordering.
• Maintain inventory levels and track parts in PartsNet.
• Coordinate warranty items and returns with warranty department.
• Support branch financial manager to improve profitability.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Coordinator to schedule repairs.
• Vendor management and ensuring correct payments.
