Trotter & Morton Group of Companies is seeking a Maintenance Sales Representative in Lacey, WA to drive prospecting, manage client meetings, and close multi-level HVAC service deals. The role emphasizes a hunter mentality, B2B sales experience, and strong negotiation and presentation skills.

The position offers base salary starting at $80,000–$100,000, generous car allowance, uncapped commissions, company phone and laptop, medical insurance, and vacation/personal time, with potential earnings

Qualifications

• 2 years of previous sales experience.
• Prior HVAC experience is an asset but not required.
• Prior B2B sales experience is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive entire sales territory for prospecting and client meetings.
• Communicate complex problems into simple explanations.
• Deal with a complex sale and multi-level decision makers.
• Build rapport with the sales team to resolve problems and maximize profits.
• Prepare reports, proposals, and CRM data in a timely fashion.
• Qualify prospects, set appointments, and follow up on leads and referrals.
