• Hunter sales mentality with a track record of closing deals in services or intangible offerings.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding annual sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; able to present complex value propositions.

Aufgaben

• Drive entire sales territory for prospecting and client meetings.
• Climb ladders to access rooftop units when necessary.
• Achieve or exceed Sales Goals and Awards.
• Communicate complex problems into simple explanations.
• Deal with a multi-level decision-making process and build rapport with the sales team.
• Prepare reports, proposals, booking packages, and CRM data clearly and promptly.
• Qualify prospects, set appointments, follow up on leads and referrals.
• Understand decision-making processes and timelines to convert prospects.
• Research client organizations and identify maintenance service opportunities.
